Dear tutors,
As announced at the beginning of the winter-term course, I would like to collect information on how many hours on average tutors work in the Advanced Lab Course.
For this reason, I kindly ask you to fill out this anonymous survey when you have completed your work in the lab course.
Please provide the following information:
- total amount of time that you spent on preparing for the lab course, maintaining the setup, updating the lab instructions and participating in organizational meetings (h);
- average supervision time (i.e. average time for "oral exam + support during the lab session + support with data analysis + report evaluation + feedback to students") per lab group (h);
- number of groups that you supervised.
- Optional: You can upload the timesheet that you used to track your working hours if you think that important information would otherwise be missing.
Please note that this data will not be used to monitor your work and will not be passed on to any other person. We only need your email address in order to send you a summary of the information that you provided. For the following analysis, the data will be anonymized and summarized, so that it will not be possible to draw conclusions about individual tutors.
It would be great if you could provide this information as soon as you finish your work in the Advanced Lab Course.
