Additionally, we assist in drafting and reviewing applications to industry, ensuring that students present their skills and qualifications effectively to potential employers. Through personalized guidance and resources, we aim to bridge the gap between academic studies and career development.
Regular Events
We regularly organize events to help physics students explore career opportunities beyond academia. Each year, we offer a dedicated lecture, Physics in the Private Sector, where guest speakers—former physics students now working in industry—share insights into their careers and current roles. This provides students with a broad perspective on potential career paths. Additionally, we collaborate with the Bonn-Cologne Graduate School (BCGS) to host regular job fairs tailored for physics students, offering direct connections to potential employers and networking opportunities within the private sector.
