From 11.11 a.m., the party started in the colorfully decorated foyer with carnival music, a good atmosphere and Kölsch beer. More than 100 employees of the Physics Institutes and students celebrated the carnival.
A group of Erasmus students from Italy, Portugal and Sweden, who are in Bonn for an intensive week on machine learning methods in particle physics, also enthusiastically took part in the carnival celebrations.
The great enthusiasm of the participants encourages the organization team to consider a carnival celebration on Weiberfastnacht again next year.
